This module meets two complementary needs: coordinating the current day and keeping the sector's memory.
- The daily thread — what happened yesterday, what needs doing today, what is coming in the next few days. The team starts their shift knowing where the sector stands.
- The sector's memory — all documented information is archived and stays available. You easily find what was done, when, and by whom.
Each task has its type
Not all tasks are alike. Several types are distinguished, and each one shows who is responsible, for which sector or enclosure, and by when: the information goes straight to the right person.
- Daily tasks — the sector's recurring routines (care, readings, observations), set up once and re-proposed at the right pace.
- Exceptional tasks — a one-off action, an unexpected event, an instruction for the day.
- With or without confirmation — some tasks require confirmation that they were carried out; simpler ones are ticked off in one tap.
Know what's done, without having to ask
Each task carries a status that's readable at a glance. Everyone sees where the sector stands without interrupting anyone's work.
- To do, in progress, done — progress reads directly, with no status report to chase.
- Overdue, clearly visible — a task past its deadline stands out clearly, so the team can reorganise.
- Updated in one tap — status changes right from the list, which makes the end-of-day check simple and quick.
