You ask these questions every day. And each time, you have to search through a notebook, call a colleague, or dig through a spreadsheet.
The Timeline automatically records every action performed in the application. No more writing things down, compiling data, or relying on memory. Everything is there, in order, with the person's name, date, location, and details.
You no longer search for information. You simply read it.
Ten event types, each identifiable at a glance
The Timeline distinguishes ten event types, each with its own colour and icon. Every event shows who performed it, when, and where — sector, enclosure, animal.
- Enrichments — installed, removed, or evaluated.
- Observations & assessments — behavioural observations, welfare questionnaires, and rapid assessment grids.
- Team notes — on an animal, enclosure, or sector.
- Nutrition & scans — nutrition records and group composition surveys.
- Animal movements — between enclosures or facilities.
- Environmental parameters — temperature, humidity, light, noise.
- Health — health parameters recorded on the animals.
Filter to find exactly what you need
The Timeline can display hundreds of events. Filters let you isolate exactly what you are looking for, and reset everything in one click.
- Quick filters — ten colour-coded filters, one per event type, to isolate a category in one tap.
- Keyword search — find a specific event anywhere in the history.
- By person — isolate a specific keeper's actions.
- By place — focus on a given sector or enclosure.
- By period — a day, a week, or a whole month.
- Combinable — stack filters, then clear everything in one click to return to the full view.
Two views: list and calendar
The Timeline offers two complementary display modes.
- List view — the complete chronology, with infinite scroll to go back as far as needed in the history.
- Calendar view — events on a real multi-month calendar; display 1, 2, or 3 months side by side depending on your screen width.
- Aggregated mode — colour-coded badges by category, with per-day counters, to spot trends.
- Detailed mode — each event in the day's cell; a side panel shows the full event list and a summary by category.
Navigate the history, day by day
By default, the Timeline opens to the current day in list mode: what your teams did this morning, what is in progress, and what is still to come. Scrolling automatically loads older events; in calendar mode, you load previous months to go further back in the history.
Whether you are preparing a monthly report, analysing a trend over several weeks, or looking for a specific event, the time navigation adapts to your pace. A compressed mode lets you see more events at once during a quick review.
What the Timeline concretely changes
- Immediate answer
Search for a keyword and filter by event type: the answer is there. No more digging through archives.
- Complete traceability
Every action is dated, signed, and localised. For an accreditation file, a veterinary audit, or a management inquiry: the proof is there.
- Team coordination
Before the weekly meeting, a glance at the last 7 days is enough to know what everyone did and which sectors need more attention.
- Gap detection
A sector with no events for several days? It shows up immediately in the Timeline, to keep an eye on your coverage.
- Easier reports
Monthly activity report? Filter the period and export, with no manual compilation.
- Investigation starting point
Unusual behaviour in an animal? Check its Timeline to trace recent events. The context pieces itself together.
