What's happening in your park, gathered on one screen
From your desk, you don't always have visibility on what's progressing at the other end of the park. Have the morning observations been recorded? Has the enrichment in the Primates sector been set up? Where does the Birds sector team stand?
The Overview brings this information together in one place. Each sector displays the day's activity: completed tasks, tasks in progress, observations and readings recorded. The data updates throughout the day.
And to look back on a past day, the date navigation replays any day's activity, sector by sector.
The day's activity in four numbers
At the top of the screen, four counters summarise the day's status for the whole facility.
- Active tasks — all the tasks planned for the day.
- Completed — what is already done.
- In progress — what is currently being carried out.
- To do — what remains to be handled.
Each sector displays its day
Each sector has its own card, with its name, its visual, and a status indicator: active or quiet.
From a single screen, you see the daily tasks as well as the behavioural monitoring records or the environmental readings: everything happening in the field flows up here.
- Tasks — active, in progress, overdue, completed, with the sector's progress bar.
- Events — the number of actions recorded during the day.
- Recent activity — the latest observations, evaluation sessions, enrichments or readings, as they are recorded.
- Direct access — one click to the sector's detailed view or its timeline.
Today, or any day
By default, the Overview displays the current day, updated continuously.
Handy for preparing a report or looking back on a specific day, sector by sector.
- Date navigation — move forward or back day by day, or pick a date in the calendar.
- History mode — when you view a past date, the interface makes it clear.
- Back to the current day — a button brings you back to today.
Can be displayed continuously in the keepers' office
A shared screen for the whole team
The Overview can stay displayed permanently on a screen, in the keepers' office.
